We will take you along the journey from initial proof of concept to first implementation, minor releases, and finish with the major release of 2.0 this past November. The discussion will include the applications EPPM replaced, key integration points, stage gate rigor, project documents, project forecasting, analytics, and workflow to deliver the end-to-end solution.
