Come learn how Huntsman replaced several Lotus Notes databases used across the entire organization with an integrated PPM solution to deliver a full end-to-end experience.  The PPM solution covers the entire Construction Industry Institute process from idea through project execution to closeout.

We will take you along the journey from initial proof of concept to first implementation, minor releases, and finish with the major release of 2.0 this past November. Discussion will include the applications PPM replaced, key integration points, stage gate rigor, project documents, project forecasting, analytics, and workflow to deliver the end-to-end solution for Huntsman.  The solution includes idea management, capital budgeting, DOA approvals, offline Executive approvals, and management oversight of all capital projects.
