Join the Theatre session to learn who will join us during the presentation.
We will take you along the journey from initial proof of concept to first implementation, minor releases, and finish with the major release of 2.0 this past November.
Discussions will include the applications EPPM replaced, key integration points, stage gate rigor, project documents, project forecasting, analytics, and workflow to deliver the end-to-end solution.
The solution includes idea management, capital budgeting, DOA approvals, offline Executive approvals, and management oversight of all capital projects.
